Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom wig orders.
• Deposits secure your spot, cover materials, and initiate the customization process.
• No work will begin until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your custom wig.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment or pickup.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed completion date may result in order delay or cancellation without deposit refund.

Custom Orders (Final Sale)

• All custom wigs are FINAL SALE due to the personalized nature of the service.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once customization has begun.
• Any changes requested after work has started may result in additional fees.

Turnaround Time

• Custom wigs typically require 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Processing time begins after deposit confirmation and all customization details are submitted.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details.
• Glam Luxe Hair Collection is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the client.

• Each unit is inspected before shipping to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy.
